Abella Blunk

Abella Blunk studied philosophy and comparative religious studies. Through several trips and longer stays in monasteries and ashrams, she has gained experience and knowledge of mystical practice, which she passes on and develops further in the form of novels in the fantasy genre.
She is also interested in the current debate about saving the climate and preserving the earth.
One impetus for the “Hollydeva” series of novels was, of course, “Harry Potter” by the revered Joanne K. Rowling. Like all young people, she enjoyed reading the novels about the young wizard. However, she got the feeling that too much energy was given to fictional magic and the escape into illusion, when there were more powerful and real experiences for everyone in the mystical experience.
She feels a similar mixture of sympathy and concern towards the person of Greta Thumberg as the protagonist of the climate activists. It is honorable to stand up for the preservation of the earth. However, activists must be aware that coercion and instruction create more problems than they solve. (These disputes will be addressed in particular in volume 4 of the series).
One of the insights of the mystics is: “Everything is exactly as it should be!”
And we ask ourselves as mystics what is the message or the task to be accomplished of the aspect of reality we are struggling with.
Abella has learned that attitudes change fundamentally when we assume that absolutely everything that happens makes sense.
It could also be that this is all a simulation, a virtual platform to gain experience, to learn something. Without challenges, it would be boring and there would be little chance of learning.
Two further series of novels by Abella Blunk will be published soon: “Contest” and “Hebdomada”.
